RFQ & Model Matching

What information should I send for a fast quote?

Send the exact part number, brand, quantity, destination country, urgency, and any photos of labels or nameplates. For replacements, include application notes and machine model.

Can SmartNexMSK help when I only have a machine photo?

Yes. Photos help with preliminary checking, but exact model confirmation is still needed before final quotation or replacement recommendation.

Do you support mixed-brand RFQ lists?

Yes. We organize mixed lists by brand, category, model, quantity, and urgency so sales and sourcing can route the request cleanly.

Why is the full suffix important for automation parts?

Small suffix differences can change voltage, protocol, firmware, memory, mounting, I/O type, or replacement compatibility. Send the complete code from the product label whenever possible.

Can you quote if the model number is incomplete?

We can start a preliminary check from partial information, but final confirmation normally needs a full model number, label photo, or clear application context.

Products & Brands

Which automation categories are supported?

PLC controllers, HMI panels, servo motors and drives, VFDs, industrial robots, sensors, power supplies, communication modules, and I/O modules.

Can I request Siemens, Schneider, Omron, ABB, or other brands?

Yes. The brand directory is built for model-specific RFQs across mainstream industrial automation brands.

Are product pages exact SKUs or category pages?

Both are supported. Category pages help buyers choose product families, while the parts catalog includes exact model and SKU pages that can carry product context directly into an RFQ.

Should I start from Products, Brands, or Parts Catalog?

Use Products when you only know the category, Brands when the manufacturer is the main requirement, and Parts Catalog when you already have a model number or SKU.

Can you help with obsolete or discontinued models?

Yes, but obsolete models should be handled as replacement checks. Send the original model, photos, application, voltage, protocol, and downtime urgency so the risk can be reviewed.

Quality, Shipping & Support

Can you provide photos or label checks before shipment?

Where available, we can align photo, label, packing, and documentation checks during the quotation workflow.

Which couriers can be discussed?

DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and buyer courier accounts can be discussed depending on item type, destination, and urgency.

How quickly will SmartNexMSK reply?

The target response is within 24 hours for clear RFQ information. Complex replacement or mixed-brand lists may require additional checking.

What quality evidence should I request before payment or dispatch?

Tell us whether you need label photos, packing photos, model confirmation, carton notes, documentation, or dispatch evidence. The available proof depends on the order path and product condition.

What shipping details should be included in an RFQ?

Include destination country, city, postcode, preferred courier, required delivery timing, and any packing or documentation requirements.

Are warranty terms the same for every automation product?

No. Warranty boundaries depend on product condition, exact model confirmation, supplier terms, shipment evidence, and whether installation compatibility was separately reviewed.

Procurement Workflow

How should I send a large spare-parts list?

Use one row per model with brand, part number, quantity, product type, urgency, destination, and notes. Separate exact purchase requests from replacement review items.

Can you handle urgent downtime requests?

Yes. Mark the request as urgent and include quantity, destination, machine context, and acceptable courier options so sourcing and delivery checks can happen quickly.

Do I need to know the product category before sending an RFQ?

No. If the model number and photos are clear, SmartNexMSK can help route the item into the correct category, brand path, or replacement review workflow.
